Absolutely a must visit bar! Vintage atmosphere in Old School appeal. Been there for nearly 50 years with the same owners. Dog friendly bar as you can tell by the pics. Weekdays are pretty dead but great if you want to go someplace quiet and weekends tend to get pretty busy and often Lively.

Was in the area from Boston and I felt at home here at the Sandpiper Lounge. Good people, good drinks and awesome live music. Very down to earth and was a pleasant departure from some of the more upscale and fancy places in the area. After a few drinks you can simply walk right around the corner and sit and watch the waves crash along Laguna Beach. Highly recommend.

Live music seven nights a week open since 1942. Cover charge $5. Inexpensive drinks if that's your thing they have about everything you might want at the bar.

If dive bars aren’t your thing, stay away from this place. I love them so it was right up my alley. The bartender was friendly and the drink prices were good. I will definitely be back.
